Prepare your Network for Docsis 3.1
braun teleCom GmbH is proud to announce the full release of their recently introduced Xi-Line-plus 1.2 GHz passive product line.
Docsis 3.1 enables cable operators to offer a significant up- and downstream bandwidth to their subscribers due to high-end OFDM modulation techniques and low-density parity check (LDPC).
These technologies allow the operator to offer increased bandwidth and expansion to their customer base. However, as with every other system, Docsis 3.1 also has its limitations in relation to the RF-Distribution network and it is therefore essential to pay extra attention to the components deployed in the drop network.
Against this background, braun teleCom GmbH has developed a completely new passive RF-distribution line ensuring the best possible performance for Docsis 3.1, taking into account the high requirements with regards to intermodulation resistance, linearity, screening performance and return loss. Our development efforts have led to the launch of our new Xi-Line-plus product line, consisting of a wide range of splitters, taps and multitaps enabling the cable operator to make their network Docsis 3.1 ready and beyond.
