Dear customers, dear partners,

we all probably imagined the year 2020 to be a little different and we all came up against some hurdles. In a large part we owe to you that we have been able to overcome them successfully and would therefore like to say "Thank you!" and start the upcoming festive seasons. This special time of the year gives reason to pause for a moment and relax in a small circle at home.

But not everyone can take a deep breath and relax this year! As in previous years, we have decided not to send Christmas presents and instead we decided to make a donation to the Verein für Krebskranke Kinder Hannover e. V., a local organization that helps children who are suffering from cancer on behalf of our customers and partners.

We wish you and your family relaxing days full of happy moments and a healthy start into the new year. We look forward with confidence to the year 2021 and hope that all your business and private plans will succeed easily and well.

Magenta Telekom decides to use
braun teleCom products

Magenta Telekom, the Austrian subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, decided to use network components from braun teleCom for their future FTTH new building projects. The first rollout took place in Tyrol at the end of 2019.

braun teleCom's FTTH installation kits are used as the basis for the project's installation. These consist of a pre-assembled, bend-optimized, pull- and pushable fiber optic cable with fiber optic connectors to be mounted in the field. The FTTH installation kits are equipped with the universally applicable Fiber Termination Unit (FTU) with splice tray made by DKT. The set is supplied ready for connection with cable lengths of 30 or 50 meters on a cardboard dispenser, so that no splicing is required at the end customer's premises or in the field. This guarantees a short installation time with just one visit to the end customer.
