as previously communicated, we took a strategically important step in 2023 – as braun teleCom has since become part of the Netceed Group. Through the merger of Amadys, BTV Multimedia and Netceed, we position ourselves as a leading provider for active and passive solutions, services, technical know-how and logistics solutions in the European market.
We are now the largest distributor of digital infrastructure in Europe, with unmatched expertise in the fields of telecommunications, energy, and technology! It is an exciting period of growth for us as a leading global one-stop-shop, with a more than 60-year tradition for some companies, that will exceed your expectations for all materials, solutions, technical engineering, product design, and additional services.
We are now able to offer a broader reach and delivery continuity worldwide, with a strong presence in Europe, particularly in the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, and the Benelux countries. This expansion enhances our range of end-to-end products and solutions in the connectivity and energy sector. Specifically Central Europe, this collaboration opens new doors for innovation and expansion in our country’s telecom infrastructure.
Proud of our position within this group, braun teleCom’s commercial name will change to Netceed as of May 1, 2024.
For the time being, the legal entity name braun teleCom GmbH will remain.
Rest assured about the continuity of our services. It remains guaranteed and aligns with the expectations you've come to rely on from us. Our known locations, contact persons, telephone numbers and VAT numbers, etc. will remain the same for you.
The contracts concluded will also continue to apply unchanged.
